Overview

As the lead digital designer, I collaborated closely with stakeholders and developers to redesign Vuealta's website. My responsibilities included conducting strategy and discovery workshops, developing user journey flow diagrams, sitemaps and content maps, creating static UX wireframes and detailed UI designs. The focus was on delivering a seamless and engaging user experience that aligns with Vuealta's updated brand identity and business objectives.

The Challenge

The previous website hindered the conversion of new users into leads and failed to guide them effectively through the marketing funnel. It lacked a clear user journey, featured ineffective calls to action, unengaging content and a cluttered design, resulting in a poor user experience. Additionally, the site missed opportunities to promote new solutions or services, received minimal relevant traffic, lacked support for content marketing and lacked a structured information architecture aligned with business goals.

The Solution

Through strategy and discovery workshops, we gained crucial insights into Vuealta's business and marketing objectives. This informed the development of a new sitemap, user flow and content map. I crafted UX wireframes focusing on intuitive navigation and compelling content delivery, followed by dynamic UI designs that captured Vuealta's fresh brand positioning. We implemented a flexible and scalable WordPress CMS, enabling the Vuealta team to efficiently create new pages without technical expertise, facilitating content publication, campaign launches and marketing results.

The Result

The redesigned website significantly improved user engagement and lead generation. Post-launch analytics indicated a 50% increase in average session duration and a 35% reduction in bounce rate. The flexible CMS empowered the marketing team to publish content more efficiently, leading to a 40% increase in content output. Stakeholder feedback highlighted the site's enhanced alignment with Vuealta's brand identity and its effectiveness in supporting marketing and sales initiatives.
